Been at the local hardware store when I noticed a Nippon Paint advertisement hanging in mid air. Well, Chinese New Year is nearing. I can see that there is a lot of reds and vibrant colors. Thank God there isn’t any irritating Chinese New Year songs at that place! Come on! It is the same song over and over again! I have a feeling that the same song has been playing since the dinosaurs (figuratively)! Please use some creativity and pimp the song please! Gong Xi Gong Xi Gong Xi Ni YAA!!! Gong your head kao kao only you know!

An x-ray scanner on your mobile phone? Wow, who could have thought that it was possible to fit such a high powered device onto the gadget! Wow, you don’t even have to install new hardware – just install an application. Hey presto! A hand held x-ray scanner! So what on earth are we doing with big-ass x-ray machines? Seems like Nokia, Samsung and all the mobile companies have not been telling us the truth about their devices! Ha ha. (it’s sarcasm okay!)

No seriously, a hand held x-ray scanner? That sounds downright absurd. Who in the right mind would wall for such a gimmick? Owh, the ad was found on Facebook. You might stumble upon it at other websites too – perhaps at a website selling the real x-ray machines . People, beware. You might get an overdose of radiation from people pointing their phones at you! Gesundheit!

Strange, I could’ve sworn the picture has something to do with people falling into the tarp! Wonder how does Facebook screen their ads? Have a nice day!

Wow, it has been a long time since anyone posted! Muhahahahaha! Anyway, if you didn’t know about the iGoogle feature, use it! It might help you a little! A few of the crew members went for a stroll in Sunway Pyramid and had to devise someway to kill time. Yeah, I think I got sick because of the trip. We had a few hours on our hands and the Apple geek dragged us all the way to Machines. We twiddled around with the Macs. Learn a few gestures from the Apple geek. We basically hogged the machines for an hour or so. Blame the Apple geek okay?? Besides that, we had a good look at Aperture 2.0, a post processing program for photographers. It was sweet! Oh, did I mention that Machines is a shop the sells Apple products? Step aside Microsoft!

We managed to kill the hours and made our way to J.Co for frozen yogurt. But not before leaving the MacBook with the Safari Browser showing…

We introduce Cibai a generic static analyzer based on abstract interpretation for the modular analysis and verification of Java classes. We present the abstract semantics and the underlying abstract domain, a combination of an aliasing analysis and octagons.

We discuss some implementation issues, and we compare Cibai with similar tools, showing how Cibai achieves a higher level of automation and precision while having comparable performances.
