Gasoline Burns itself to the Ground

The first and last time I would ever step foot into Gasoline! Just note that I am writing my experience based on the Gasoline chain I visited in Sunway Pyramid! Was there for a friends birthday celebration (I’m not putting any blame or malice on the organiser). From the outside, the joint looks pretty decent. It had a nice theme and looks like it could offer something good for the buck. Credit goes to the owner of the chain for that.

Let’s get straight to the point. The service at Gasoline (the Sunway Pyramid branch for that matter) really sucks. It is as though you have to beg them for service. Maybe they are understaffed or what but that’s not an excuse for the money customers are paying! I don’t think I have much to complain about the food though (I had a cheesebake seafood rice). But the portion was small. I guess most of the money went into purchasing the seafood.

Right, I guess I can say that the only thing that turned me off was the POOR service! Figuratively speaking, you have to get your own fork and spoons, bowls and CONSTANTLY remind the waiters for your drinks! WHATS UP WITH THAT! I give my experience a 1/5. K THX BYE.
