Snowflake Has Melted

Yeah, Snowflake! It’s popularity has even got people to wait like “vultures” just to secure a table. Heck, they even managed to open a branch at The Pavilion, KL! And recently, they have introduced new flavours to their menu too! But I was told that they are not worth the money. Ha ha . So why does a popular brand need “advertisement” from bloggers/websites i.e. Coffeestops!? This time, it is not about how tasty or satisfying the desserts are, but rather how Snowflake has been a letdown! Oh, the above is something you don’t see frequently Give it a try!

Notice something different? What happened to the bowls? They substituted it with Styrofoam! WHAT!!?!? I knew they were using Styrofoam bowls at The Pavilion but that did not concern me as I the probability of me enjoying Snowflake there is 0.01%. I was hopeful that they did not do the same at the SS15 branch but I was wrong. Gone are the ceramic bowls, replaced with the synthetic ones which gives you a ‘funny’ feeling when you are at the bottom. Try it Scrape the bottom of your bowl hard!

Dear Snowflake, please bring back the ceramic bowls! It adds prestige to your desserts! Now, it just looks like something you can buy from the roadside cendol stall!

I hope you don’t decide to replace the metal spoons with plastic ones too!!!!
