My mom has been using bitter melon alternatively as pills and as a vegetable when we could import it from Greece. Her plts have changed from 80 to 110 150 and have fallen a little bit down. This is ok for her as she was dying because of that 2 years ago. She had a cerebral paralysis so we are glad to keep her alive like this. I only hope the bitter melon will function forever. I am sure it will help all of you in this blog. It helped us why not you guys? It was kind of a miracle that i Found this post only a few days after my mom had her third crisis. She is leading a normal life now, she does the house works, cooks and walks which is the most important thing after her paralysis. God blesses you all especially Kok Kuan Hi to all of you.
