The Single Dude turns 20!

If you’re a frequent chatter with Siah Ying Wei on MSN/Skype, you would agree much with the title! =D

Anyway, yeap today one of our authors, Siah Ying Wei (Sam) is another year older, perhaps another year wiser? Or more likely another year being single. LOL!

What? You don’t know who Ying Wei is? Proves you haven’t been reading OurCoffeestops much. Oh wait. He doesn’t update much. Okay, here’s a good looking photo of the birthday boy.

No, thats not his girlfriend. As much as he wants it to be true. He’s still single and available! *winks*

Ask anyone of us, and we will tell you all about his ‘No Girlfriend’ rant. With it being his trademark already, he complains about singlehood every single day to every single people he meets. While recruiting ‘Girlfriend’ agents along the way. LOL!

Anyway, its a known fact Ying Wei and I knew each other for quite a long time already. Stretching all the way back to Form 1. Without the intention of turning this into a gay affair, I just wanted to say, he’s been a wonderful friend.

Siah Ying Wei may be the most nonchalant guy you may meet, but when it comes to friends getting into trouble, you can be rest assured he will lend a helping hand.

Or he can be the the one with the lowest self confidence ever. Constantly assured he’s not good enough for the girls *rolls eyes* all of us, however think otherwise LOL! No this is not an advertisement for him.

Funny how we used to fight every single day, that we hated each others’ guts. That was during lower secondary. Look at things now, voila. Classmates in ACCA. The usual ‘talk shit’ partner. and of course The Buddy.

To be honest, I pity the guy. Really. We’re having a full day class on his birthday (8am-6pm) and to top up the woes, our ethics lecturer is going to give us test on the day itself. Talk about birthdays being your happiest day in the year.

Oh did I mention he was the one who introduced photography to me? Of course it was with Chris whom I further hone my techniques with, but yea Ying Wei was the guy who started it all. He and his faithful Nikon D80.

Well, you may not have viewed your birthday of significant importance, but I would like to represent the whole Coffeestops crew and the ACCA bunch as well as high school mates, to wish you a very blessed Happy Birthday.

For 20 years ago, today, you were borned, and is already a blessing to all of us. =) Indeed, God has placed you amongst us for a reason, and we cherish it really much.

Well this is a long one from Melody Ng, so no point ‘P/S-ing’ further. Her message goes,

“Ying Wei, thanks for being a great blessing to me. You’ve been a wonderful (and annoying) friend who cant be replaced. :) One of a kind. I apologise for the ‘I hate you’s. Haha. So enjoy the coming days and continue to walk with Him. I’ll pray that you find a girlfriend soon. But you really need to paranoid less about it lah aiyoo. Blessed 20th Birthday!!”

P/P/P/P/P/P/S – Cae Me sent her text late, so it went like this, “Hey sorry for the uber late reply. Bet you did the post already! Sigh. Its ok. I’ll tell him myself!”
