Portraiture of my course mate.

They’re hard to come by since I’m in the School of Engineering.

Was supposed to be taking pictures of the two parties, SPEAK and SMILE campaigning in the university grounds to draw in votes for the upcoming MUSA elections. MUSA stands for Monash University Student(s) Association. By norm, the party that has the most votes would be given the mandate to “rule”. However in Monash, it is somewhat different. We students vote for the people we deem fit for certain positions and not the parties. Hence, you would get a MUSA committee with members from both opposing parties!
I was told that there was something on from 12 PM to 1 PM on Friday afternoon. However, as soon as my class was over, I went straight to the cafeteria and saw the same picture. Life was going on as usual. Although that was the case, I did have some opportunity to go trigger happy. My friend wanted some shots for his Facebook (or whatsoever), so he gladly offered himself. My other friend Eugene also had his camera that day.
We went to a location with less people. Yeah, it takes guts to pose in public.
