Weekends

Christopher

That’s Caxton Chow for you!

My graphic designing work was supposed to be limited during weekdays only. However, a good friend of mine contacted me on Saturday afternoon asking for my assistance in designing a poster. A very important one as it might play an important role in whether the role of chairperson is hers! The email with all the pictures attached to it was sent to my inbox even before I returned from church. I did not notice that I received it as it was sent to my secondary email, which I seldom checked.

At 10.00 PM, I messaged her and asked her whether she wanted my help! Crap! It was then I only knew that the email was already sent to me and I have wasted my time waiting for nothing! However, I opened the email and found the pictures to be too small in size. It was not big enough to be printed on a A4 paper. Anyways, the original pictures were sent to me after that. Taken by a Nikon D300!

I had to scratch my head for a while before I could come up with a design. However, spending an hour in front of the computer proved fruitful. I managed to come up with something that is coherent with her team’s slogan and color. I was satisfied with the results myself. As for opinions from other people, they were good too! Hooray! I demanded a fee from my friend, that she would pay if she won the election!

Guess that tomorrow will be Monday again! Time to go to work! Cheers!

This may be a stupid question. But how did you know it was taken using a Nikon D300?

Anyway, if she doesn’t win, she’ll pay you by installment I believe :D
