I/We have been bombarded with that same sentence quite often during the past few days. Usually, it will only remain there for a few minutes and goes away. However, two days ago, the problem occurred again! This time, for at least 6 hours! What the heck! First glance, I thought the problem was with me. However, I quickly pin-pointed it to the host as their own website is facing the similar database error! (No maintenance announcement was given out either) Yes, you heard it right. The problem is with the host! I know, we’re all disappointed/unhappy with that! We were even guaranteed 99% uptime! Sheesh.
I would like to offer an apology to all readers for the downtime(s) and assure everyone that we are always on our toes to ensure it functions as it should! Cheers!
**I’m actually on hiatus. Middle of my exam week. =(
