Happy Birthday to my Nokia N95!

My Nokia N95 multimedia mobile phone is officially 1 year old today. I bought it last year from the Nokia Store located at KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. At that time, I was using the Nokia N90. Having the opportunity to own the Nokia N95 allows me to discover and tryout many new features like the GPS (Global Positioning System), HSDPA (High Speed Data Packet Access) or known as 3.5G, accelerometer, VOIP, 5 Megapixel Carl Zeiss camera and many more.

The Nokia N95 is still one of the best mobiles in the market right now, although it’s already replaced by its elder brother, the Piano Black Nokia N95 8GB. The Nokia N95 has received many awards since it was launched on Q1 2007. Examples are the TIPA (Technical Image Press Association) Award, which makes it the “Best Mobile Imaging Device in Europe 2007″. Also, it was honored with Popular Science magazine’s “Best of What’s New” Award in the publication’s annual search for the top 100 technology innovations of the year.
The Nokia N95 runs on Symbian S60 Version 3 with Feature Pack 1. In other words, it means that it is a smartphone and able to support many 3rd-party applications. Applications like the Garmin Mobile XT, Nokia N-Gage, Nokia Sports Tracker, Mobitubia (YouTube Player), Windows Live Messenger, MsDict and Fring have brought the Nokia N95 to the next level in the world of mobile phones.

Many people own this “jewel”. I can spot them while walking on the street, watching a show in the cinema, in the class, taking my lunch or in the library. Unfortunately, most of the Nokia N95 users do not make full use of all the features. I would say that out of 10 people that owns it, only 1 or 2 will really explore the phone. Others just use it for calls and messaging.
I love my Nokia N95 and I never regretted for the choice I made a year ago.
Below are a few pictures taken with the Nokia N95:

It really is a great phone.
I can only wish for that though!
As for you, now it’s time to buy L lenses!
P.S. – Love your iPhone?
L lenses are so expensive. That explains the name L (luxury, legendary,….).
