3-4 January 2008: The most memorable days of my life.
I reached Westlake Homes Office, Bandar Baru Westlake, Kampar around 2.30 p.m. but it was not until 6.30 p.m. that I got my keys. Why? Only 1 counter was opened and there were lots of people checking in that day as orientation was the next day. However, we were lucky as 1 of my housemates who checked in earlier opened the door for us to move our things in 1st.
After checking in, a few of us headed to town for dinner. The clay pot rice was good and cheap (Shall post a picture of it in the next post). When we came back, the whole place was in darkness. BLACKOUT on the 1st day, woohoo… The current came back around 5 a.m. the next morning.
Never mind all those unhappy things that happened on the 1st day as I woke up expecting a better day. HOWEVER, I was wrong. I came back from U and when I washing clothes half way, the current went off again. What the??? That’s not all; it rained after I dried up my clothes. Haiz… What a day?
Is that the end? Hmmm… A few of us went out later at night to check out the bicycles sold in town. And POOP, out of nowhere I received a friendly gift from 1 of the birds in Kampar. I was so thankful that it did not drop on my head. I’m going to avoid visiting that bicycle shop.
Note* Irna asked me whether did I cry on my 1st night alone. I didn’t… eh, no… I couldn’t cry. I was busy cursing the management and so stressed out that I couldn’t even feel emo that night. 
And by the way, there’s no Internet connection in my area for about 2 months time. HAIZ…
PS: I’m posting from Subang… Taking advantage of the public holiday on Thursday plus I don’t have class tomorrow. Hehe… I miss Subang Jaya.
